With 3,349 acres of land, Colorado Air and Space Port houses one of the largest general-aviation airports in the United States and is surrounded by 7,000 additional acres of non-residential, master-planned industrial complexes with access to heavy rail and highways.

The airport is only seven miles from Denver International Airport and is accessible to a highly skilled aerospace workforce, research universities, major aerospace and defense companies, and interstate and rail infrastructure that combine to make Colorado Air and Space Port an ideal location for a commercial spaceport.
